24/7 Revenue Generation

Ecommerce Email Automation

Turn customer behavior into automated sales. Unlike manual broadcast campaigns, automated flows trigger automatically 24/7 based on individual subscriber actions.

• AUTOMATED FLOWS VS MANUAL CAMPAIGNS

The difference that drives higher LTV.

Manual campaigns announce sales to your whole list. Automated flows send individual messages at the exact moment purchase intent is highest.

Plan each flow before writing emails

An automation needs more than a template. Define the entry event, eligible audience, waiting period, conditions, exit rules and measurement method. Those decisions help avoid irrelevant messages and overlapping journeys.

A practical flow specification

  • Trigger: the subscriber, browsing, cart, checkout or purchase event.
  • Eligibility: consent, suppression, recent activity and previous flow participation.
  • Timing: delays that reflect the offer and buying cycle.
  • Exit: purchase, unsubscribe or another event that makes further messages inappropriate.
  • QA: test profiles, links, personalisation fallbacks and rendering before activation.

Which flows come first?

Prioritise based on missing journeys and meaningful event volume. A welcome flow and checkout recovery may be useful starting points; browse or site abandonment depends on identifying eligible contacts. Seven named flows are not seven mandatory flows for every store.

Cost, scope and launch timing

Management is advertised at £800 per month. Agree the flow scope, campaign frequency, revisions, platform costs and any additional integration or migration work before starting. Core implementation can follow a seven-day plan once access, content and approvals are ready; this is not a revenue guarantee.
